Welcome to Supreme A.I. PVT. LTD. ("SUPREME AI", "we", "our", or "us"). We are a private limited technology company incorporated under the laws of Nepal, with our registered office situated in Nepal.

Our operations encompass SaaS cloud applications, autonomous AI agents (AaaS), multi-model gateways, telemetry diagnostics, and sovereign computing infrastructure. This Privacy Policy outlines how we safeguard your data, respect your neural privacy, and maintain your digital sovereignty.

2. The Data We Collect

We collect minimal personal data essential to deliver high-performance, secure AI services:

Account Identity
Name, email, phone number, and secure authentication tokens via Firebase Authentication.
Conversational History
Text queries, prompt inputs, system instructions, and generated outputs stored in Firebase Firestore.
Quantum Voice Streams
Binary audio processed in-memory for STT/TTS. Raw audio is NEVER persisted unless explicitly chosen.
Synthetic Media
Images, code, and documents generated via our neural pipelines, hosted in Google Cloud Storage.
Usage & Telemetry
IP addresses, browser configs, device signatures, network latency, and error-handling logs.
Payment Processing
Handled through eSewa, Khalti, or Stripe. We do NOT store credit cards or bank credentials on our platforms.

3. Data Processing & AI Training Policy

We process your data to authenticate identity, optimize neural output latency, deliver subscriptions, and secure our platforms against fraud.

Our Model Training Guarantee
We do not train our foundational LLMs or voice models on your private conversations, chat histories, uploaded files, or telemetry without your explicit, voluntary opt-in consent. Your data and IP remain yours alone.

4. Sovereignty & Sub-processors

SUPREME AI operates under a hybrid sovereign model:

  • Sovereign Cloud: Local custom pipelines and private workloads are computed strictly on our high-performance cloud server hubs in Nepal.
  • External Gateways: Requests to partner models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are transmitted securely with metadata minimized. Enterprise API contracts prevent third-parties from training on user queries.
  • Hosting & Edge CDN: Handled securely by Firebase (Google Cloud) and Cloudflare for localized delivery and DDoS protection.

5. Your Digital Sovereign Rights

You hold ultimate authority over your digital persona:

Right to Export
Request a complete, structured export of all profile settings, conversational records, and generated documents in machine-readable format.
Right to Erasure (Kill Switch)
Deleting your account triggers permanent deletion of all auth entries, Firestore chat history, metadata records, and stored synthetic files from our live servers.

6. Cookies & Local Tracking

We use strictly essential local storage and session-based cookies to authenticate user sessions and prevent cross-site security attacks. We do not integrate profiling, commercial tracking, or third-party behavioral cookies.
