Terms of Use

The operating agreement between you and the SUPREME ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Supreme A.I. PVT. LTD. ("SUPREME AI"), a registered private limited technology company incorporated under the laws of Nepal.

By accessing our platforms (SaaS suites, autonomous AI agents, voice engines, APIs, and diagnostics tools), you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

2. User Eligibility & Authority

  • Age Threshold: You must be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 must have verified parental consent.
  • Educational Modules: Minors may use educational and digital literacy tools under direct supervision of an authorized educator or parent.

3. Decision-Support Disclaimers

All generated content is provided strictly for informational and workflow-support purposes. It is NOT a replacement for certified medical diagnoses, qualified legal opinions, or audited financial advice.

You accept full accountability for verifying any neural outputs before taking action. SUPREME AI disclaims all liability for errors or hallucinations in generated content.

4. Payment Tiers & Refund Protocol

  • Billing Cycles: Access is provided on monthly/annual subscriptions or prepaid token compute packages. Fees are exclusive of government taxes.
  • Refund Policy: Standard subscriptions qualify for a 7-day refund window from purchase, provided no significant computational tokens have been consumed. Compute credits and active API tokens are strictly non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

Your Inputs & Generated Ownership: You retain complete intellectual property ownership over all prompts, queries, and generated outputs.

Service License: You grant SUPREME AI a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the services.

Our Core IP: The Quantum Voice Engine, proprietary UI design, and trademarks belong exclusively to Supreme A.I. PVT. LTD.

6. Prohibited Activities

Generate deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media aimed to harass, deceive, or defame.
Distribute malicious payloads, spyware, malware, or orchestrate cyberattacks.
Reverse-engineer or bypass safety guardrails on our proprietary model servers.
Violate the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008) of Nepal or associated cyberlaws.
Cryptocurrency Restriction Notice
In strict compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank directives, users are absolutely prohibited from utilizing SUPREME AI's infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining, virtual asset trading, or decentralized blockchain networks of illegal scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES. Our total aggregate liability is strictly capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NPR 10,000 (whichever is higher). For all free-access tiers, liability is capped at NPR 0.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Nepal. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
